Deep Tissue

During this session a full body massage is completed addressing any trigger points or adhesions (knots) found along the way. Deep tissue massage sessions are recommended monthly for maintenance and injury prevention.

Spot Specific Treatment

​If you’re having pain or limited mobility in specific areas and want a more focused massage to restore function back to the area. ​Here we work to fix those nagging problems that have been troubling you and bring your body back to full potential. This is not a full body massage. 

Post Surgery 

During the session we address scar tissue as well as the surrounding musculature whether post operation or injury to prevent atrophy, promote healing and reduce swelling. This session is for clients who are working with a PT/Ortho after an injury, joint replacement or surgery. 

Plantar Fasciitis

During the session we address all aspects of the foot, calf and ankle to help alleviate tightness and pain from overuse or symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis pain. Session includes muscle scraping and cupping.

Scar Tissue

During the session we address new or older scar tissue and surrounding musculature to reduce areas from adhering and increasing range of motion. Session includes spot specific work, muscle scraping, red light therapy and scar tissue oil to help reduce the appearance of scars.

TMJ-D

During the session we address head, neck and facial muscles to help alleviate jaw tightness and pain from teeth grinding, TMJ disorder, seasonal allergies or other facial discomforts.  NOTE: This is NOT an intra-oral massage therapy session. ​​

Migraine Relief

In this session we address the muscles of the head, neck, jaw and face to relieve tension that could be related to migraines and frequent headaches. 

Swedish Nervous System Reset

This session we utilize firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation. It is classic Swedish massage techniques that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. This is not a session to fix nagging muscles or tightness.
