Who We Are
A professional massage therapy practice that uses a variety of techniques to address muscular pain, numbness, and loss of range of motion to find the root of your pain. A dedicated team who believes in treating the whole client during and after the session with corrective movement, exercise guidance and muscular education.
What We Are Not
A very dark, quiet room with fluffy blankets, candles and meditation music. A Swedish only massage practice. Relaxing massage sessions are great and we offer them, but we are here to correct your tissues.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue is a precise technique to help correct underlying muscular issues while alleviating pain, numbness and/or discomfort. During this session, a full body massage is completed, addressing any trigger points or adhesions (knots) found along the way. Deep tissue massage sessions are recommended monthly for maintenance and injury prevention. 30 min- $55 60 min- $95 90 min- $130 120 min- $175
Not all massages have to be full body- If you’re having pain or limited mobility in specific areas and want a more focused massage, Nichole uses deep tissue, stretching and trigger point therapy techniques to help reduce pain, increase range of motion and restore function back to the area. Here we work to fix those nagging problems that have been troubling you and bring your body back to full potential. 30 min- $55 60 min- $95
Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, and ease muscle tension. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. 60 min- $85 90 min- $130 120 min- $150
A 30 minute treatment session for TMJ-D. During the session we address head, neck and facial muscles to help alleviate jaw tightness and pain from teeth grinding, TMJ disorder or other facial discomforts. NOTE: This is NOT an intra-oral (inside the mouth) massage therapy session. 30 min- $55
During the session we address scar tissue whether post operation or injury. Scar tissue work is a combination of modalities that work to ensure that the new tissue being generated does not become hardened and misaligned over time. This is a modality that works with your body to promote proper healing and attempts to prevent limited range of motion and restrictions. 30 min- $55
A 30 minute treatment session for Plantar Fasciitis. During the session we address all aspects of the foot and ankle to help alleviate tightness and pain from overuse and symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis pain. Session includes muscle scraping and cupping. 30 min- $55

Please contact us if you are unsure if you qualify for Lymphatic Drainage sessions. 60 min- $100
