Divine Wellness Massage Therapy is excited to provide quality, professional massage therapy sessions at the 2023 G.O.D.S event.
We will offer (2) 60 minute sessions every hour, for the duration of the event via appointment only.

Important information:
You will be provided a waiver of liability & policies to read over and sign the day of your session. A copy of the waiver is below for your information.
48 hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund.
You will chat with your Therapist briefly before your session, it is your responsibility to make your therapist aware of any injuries and/or medical conditions before your sessions begins.
We use hypoallergenic, vegan creams during every session.

Waiver of Liability & Policies
- I understand that massage therapy is provided for stress reduction, relaxation, relief from muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and energy flow.
- If I experience pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform my therapist so that pressure/strokes can be adjusted to my level of comfort. I will not hold my therapist responsible for any pain or discomfort I experience during or after the session.
- I understand that the services offered today are not a substitute for medical care. I understand that my therapist is not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness.
- I affirm that I have notified my therapist of all known medical conditions and injuries.
- I agree to inform the therapist of any changes in my health and medical condition. I understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist’s part should I forget to do so.
- I understand that massage is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.
- I understand that, because massage therapy work involves maintained touch and close physical proximity over an extended period of time, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19.
- By signing this release, I hereby waive and release my therapist from any and all liability, past, present, and future relating to massage therapy and bodywork.
A credit/debit card is required in order to reserve your appointment, and in order for us to uphold a fair scheduling process for everyone, your credit card will be charged at the time of booking.
Hygiene:
Clients are expected to be clean prior to the session.
If you are sick with an infection of any kind or skin condition, please cancel your massage.
Clients may not be intoxicated in any way. This includes marijuana.
Non Sexual Massage Therapy:
The Divine Wellness Institute has a zero tolerance policy on harassment including inappropriate comments or conversation, insinuations, gestures or any other type of behavior that makes the practitioner feel uncomfortable. Any of this behavior will result in an immediate ending of your session and full payment will be charged, you will be asked to leave, and you will be banned from scheduling again with Divine Wellness Massage Therapy and event Directors will be notified.
Your massage therapist is providing professional massage therapy which is non sexual.
Privacy
All personal information will be protected according to HIPAA standards.
Your privacy will be honored at all times.
You will have the area to yourself while disrobing and getting dressed.
During your massage, you will always be covered with a drape.
Only the area being addressed will be temporarily uncovered.
Clothing under the drape is optional and your decision to make.
Your professional therapist will discuss your preferences at your initial consultation.
Please be respectful to the therapist, and remain under the drape at all times during your massage.
Communication
Please communicate with your professional therapist whatever needs to be modified to improve your massage:
Area being addressed,
Depth or pace of massage,
If you would like to talk or be silent.
The goal is for you to be happy with your experience, so feel free to talk to your therapist.
Education
As there are many reactions that can arise out of receiving deeper bodywork, your therapist will educate you to the best of their ability so you know what you can expect during and after a massage.
Any advice given to you is only advice and not a medical diagnosis.
If, during your massage, a symptom is discovered that massage is not suited to help with, you will be referred to a doctor or other healthcare professional.
These additional services do not substitute for any form of treatment prescribed by a medical professional.
By signing, I understand that I cannot and will not hold my therapist accountable for any adverse effects that may occur during or after your session by any of the additional add on services mentioned above.
