Please cancel your appointment by contacting our office via phone or email below, at least 24 hours in advance to your appointment date to ensure a full refund of your payment.

24 Hour Cancellation / No Show Policy:
A credit/debit card is required in order to reserve your appointment, and in order for us to uphold a fair scheduling process for everyone, your credit card will be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
If you have paid for your session and cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be refunded the full amount paid.
If you have paid and you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the session amount.
If you have paid and you do not cancel or show for your appointment your card will be charged full price.
If you are late, your session will be cut short so that the therapist may remain on schedule and the full amount will be charged.
Obviously we understand that life happens, please either email or call us.
Thank you for being mindful of your practitioner's time and energy.
Hygiene:
Clients are expected to be clean prior to the session.
Clients may not have any odors or aromas that may offend or interfere with the hygienic conditions of the session.
Odors include, but are not limited to, heavy perfumes, body odor, cannabis, cigarette smoke and other neurotoxins.
If you are sick with an infection of any kind or skin condition, please call and reschedule your massage.
Clients may not be intoxicated in any way. This includes marijuana.
Non Sexual Massage Therapy:
The Divine Wellness Institute has a zero tolerance policy on harassment including inappropriate comments or conversation, insinuations, gestures or any other type of behavior that makes the practitioner feel uncomfortable. Any of this behavior will result in an immediate ending of your session and full payment will be charged, you will be asked to leave, and you will be banned from scheduling again with the Divine Wellness Institute.
Your massage therapist is providing professional massage therapy which is non sexual.
Privacy
All personal information will be protected according to HIPAA standards.
Your privacy will be honored at all times.
You will have the room to yourself while disrobing and getting dressed.
During your massage, you will always be covered with a drape.
Only the area being addressed will be temporarily uncovered.
Clothing under the drape is optional and your decision to make.
Your professional therapist will discuss your preferences at your initial consultation.
Please be respectful to the therapist, and remain under the drape at all times during your massage.
Communication
Please communicate with your professional therapist whatever needs to be modified to improve your massage:
Temperature of the room,
Music selection or volume,
Area being addressed,
Depth or pace of massage,
If you would like to talk or be silent.
The goal is for you to be happy with your experience, so feel free to talk to your therapist.
Memberships & Packages
Monthly memberships & packages are non refundable.
Monthly memberships are billed monthly & require a written (email or text) 30 day notice to cancel.
Memberships & packages are non-transferable.
Packages do not expire.
Memberships & package appointments are subject to the same cancellation policy stated above. If cancellation is within 24 hours notice or a no show for packages, a session will be considered used.
Education
As there are many reactions that can arise out of receiving deeper bodywork, your therapist will educate you to the best of their ability so you know what you can expect during and after a massage.
Any advice given to you is only advice and not a medical diagnosis.
If, during your massage, a symptom is discovered that massage is not suited to help with, you will be referred to a doctor or other healthcare professional.
Workshops & Courses
Refunds are not valid for any skill set courses electronic or in person.
Refunds are not valid for Energy Workshops. However, if you cannot make your workshop you are allowed to reschedule at a later date.
